Primary aldosteronism is a syndrome characterized with hypertension, hypokalemia, and high plasma aldosterone and low plasma renin activity. Hypertension is the classical finding of this disease, and a few cases have normal blood pressure. Here, we report a case of primary aldosteronism with normotension in a 25-yearold man with fatigue, muscle weakness, paresthesia and polyuria.
