BEDSIDE DIAGNOSIS OF SUBCLINICAL COMPLETE VENA CAVAL THROMBOSIS IN CATHETER DEPENDENT HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS

One of the problems of the patient depended on hemodialysis via intravenous catheter is deep venous thrombosis. In the event of this complication, both the hemodialysis catheter and it's route have to be changed. Although the diagnosis of vena cava superior thrombosis occurred like this is seemed to be easy, for some patients in the terminal stage, other additional laboratory researches need to be done. In this article, it was showed, the bed-side-test except the usual laboratory research can be helpful for the diagnosis of vena cava superior full-thrombosis.
