ACUTE PYELONEPHRITIS CAUSING ACUTE RENAL ALLOGRAFT

In renal transplant recipients, acute pyelonephritis may cause acute deterioration of renal allograft function. In this here ve report, a case with acute allograft dysfuntion due to acute pyelonephritis which was diagnosed by allograft biopsy is reported. After apporiate antimicrobial therapy, allograft dysfunction recovered.
