The purpose of this study is to find out the knowledge and attitude the last year medical faculty students about organ transplantation.

Some 72.3 % of those interviewed were willing to donate their organs, while 26.2 % refused and 1.5 % were uncertain. Only 14.1 % had signed and organ donor card. 67.5 % of the said that donating an organ is appropriate according to religion. Religious believe about organ donation did affect significantly willingness to donate. When we review the reasons of not thinking to donate an organ, 27.8 % has said that this is their personal choice, 13.0 % has declared religious and traditional reasons, 7.4 % said that they don't trust, 5.5 % said that this will give pain to the dead body. 40.8 % has not declared any reason 66.0 % of the the last year medical faculty students were thinking that their knowledge about transplantation is insufficient.

As a conclusion, health knowledge of medical students about organ transplantation were low. There was a difference between attidutes and behaviours about organ transplantation; the rate of organ donation was low in students who went to donate.
