Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is characterised with neurological symptoms and typical radiological appearances. Hypertension is the most common cause of PRES. Systemic lupus erythematosus is a rare cause of PRES. Here, we present a 55-year-old case who presented with headache and convulsion and was diagnosed with concomitant lupus nephritis and PRES.
