Scorpion sting cases are mostly seen in the southern provinces in our country. Scorpion venom might comprise neurotoxic, cardiotoxic and even nephrotoxic contents. Occurrence of nephropathy is a rare complication of scorpion sting. A 27-year-old male was admitted with acute kidney injury after scorpion sting. The etiology was probably associated with hypovolemia.
